The Bully Project

Bully made history at its premier screening in 2011 at the Tribeca film festival. Directed by Lee Hirsch, the film follows the lives of five students who faced bullying on a daily basis. Since its release, more than 2 million kids have watched it and it has made a difference in many lives. The screening will be followed by a discussion with staff from the Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center.

October is Bullying Awareness Month. In partnership with San Mateo County Office of Education, the San Mateo County Library is hosting a series of programs during the month of October in recognition of National Bullying Awareness Month, 2013.
