This is the story of Laura Sullivan, a Belmont woman who has been able to break through the male dominated New Age Industry to win a Grammy® nomination using her home studio near San Francisco -- without millions of dollars of recording equipment.
- She is the 9th woman nominated as a solo or main artist in the 27 year history of the New Age category
- And, if she wins a Grammy® Award on January 26th, it will be only the 6th-time in history a woman has one in the New Age category as a soloist or main artist.
Laura Sullivan is an indie pianist/composer who has been nominated for a Grammy® for Best New Age Album in 2014, LOVE’S RIVER. She and her husband/producer Eric, executive produced and marketed LOVE'S RIVER from their home studio and via their label, Sentient Spirit Records.
