Classrooms at the Barrett Community Center can be rented out for $30 per hour for Belmont residents, and $40 per hour for non-residents. In addition to classrooms, the community center offers a playground and a large area for picnics or sports events. Two basketball hoops are also available.

Sunshine pours into the facility through a skylight at the entrance, and a tree-filled backyard provides shade and quiet for those who wish to sit at a table or bench outside. The center is used for wedding receptions, seminars, parties and meetings. There are no membership or residency requirements to visit the center.
Belmont Sports Complex and Conference Center

The conference center seats up to 170 people and can be reserved for parties, large meetings or corporate events at a cost of $105 per hour for Belmont residents and $165 per hour for nonresidents. The curriculum helps children develop and express  their emotional, social, physical, cognitive and creative skills.
