Slideshow: CHS Students Raise Over $5K at 5K

Saturday's 'Dash for Dollars' was a huge success.

Current and future students, parents, grandparents, teachers, and various CHS supporters showed up with their running shoes and water bottles on Saturday to participate in the first-ever fun run/walk.

"This is a fabulous event," said Carlmont's principal Raul Zamora.

"It's entirely student-generated, and what better way to put a stamp on education than students getting the community together? It sends a great message to the community that our students are involved, " said Zamora.
