It was the perfect recipe for a celebration: more than a million people, a world class city, thousands of pounds of confetti, a championship baseball team, a parade, AND it just so happened to be Halloween---what more do you need to crank out the biggest and best party ever in the streets of San Francisco?
Be sure to see Patch editor Cody Kitaura's video of the parade--click here to view.
If you were there, you undoubtedly took some photos and we invite you to share them with other Patch readers. Show your orange and black pride by uploading your photos or videos here.
And feel free to share your favorite moments of the parade festivities in the comment section below.
I have a question for you on a topic not related to baseball It is about a former employee of South San Francisco Unified. His name is Adolfo Melara He is a principal at a charter school and many staff members there are upset with his management style. They say he does not communicate with them and makes unilateral decisions. My relatives are students there. He has tried to get teachers replaced. I know you followed the superintendent crisis at SSUSD about 1.5 years ago. Do you have any insights on him?
