Stroller Strides is a great way to get in shape, meet other moms and have fun with your baby all at the same time. Our classes are taught by certified instructors who are also moms and are designed for all fitness levels for both moms who are prenatal and postnatal (with Doctors approval). Each class includes body toning and Power Walk/Run intervals. The classes are an hour long, with the last 10 minutes focusing on abs and stretching. We welcome babies from 6 weeks to any age!
