Beginner Pilates Tower Class

Basic Level springs and pulley class for beginners with no previous experience.This class adds spring resistance in addition to your own body weight to tone and streamline your body. Classes will be composed of a mixture of mat work, spring resistance with wall units, and work with magic circles, small weights, and flex bands. Build flexibility, flatten abdominals, challenge core stability and become more connected with how your body works. Space is limited to 5 people per class.
