The 12 and under Belmont Blasters tournament baseball team has been invited to play in a week long tournament at the DreamsPark in Cooperstown, NY next summer. The team is working hard to raise money for this once-in-a-lifetime trip.
This Belmont Blasters California team has been competing together in tournaments for the past four years under the same stellar coaching staff of Rudy Lopez, Peter Anderson, Craig Jones and Kevin Lee.
This team has travelled locally competing year-round working hard towards the ultimate tournament goal of playing in Cooperstown, NY, the legendary home of the Baseball Hall of Fame.
To help raise money to offset the cost of this special trip, the team's 15 families will be hosting a MEGA community garage sale this Saturday, Dec. 8 from 9am-3pm at 1250 Avon St. in Belmont, right off Ralston Ave near Barrett Park.
There is something for everyone at this mega sale, including sports equipment, furniture, bikes, toys, clothes, DVDs, TV, jewelry, baby stroller, games, and much more! The families will also be selling home baked goods so this is a great place to stop by and pick something up so you will be prepared for your next holiday party!
This mega community garage sale will take place rain or shine this Saturday and everything must go, so don't miss out!
