May Gala Will Celebrate Career of Retiring Notre Dame High Principal

Rita Gleason has been the principal of the Belmont all-girls Catholic high school for 22 years. The May 18 gala will celebrate her career and commitment to Catholic education.

Notre Dame High School announces The Gleason Gala, May 18, 2013, to honor and celebrate Principal Rita Gleason’s outstanding commitment to Catholic education and the mission of Notre Dame High School.  Rita Gleason retires as princiapal on June 30, 2013.

During her 22 years as principal, Rita has directly influenced the lives of more than 3500 young women, working tirelessly to ensure that an NDB education is available, accessible and affordable for these remarkable young women. There are so many stories of Rita's care and concern for each student. Rita is the living embodiment of those qualities that are a hallmark of a Notre Dame education. We invite everyone who has been touched by Rita's special leadership and presence to join us for this very special evening.
