In Wake of CT Shooting, NDNU Chapel Open for Reflection, Prayer

The Center of Spirituality at Notre Dame de Namur University (NDNU) invites the public to visit the campus chapel this week. Wednesday night's 5:30 p.m. mass will be offered to the people of Newtown CT.

Notre Dame de Namur University From the Center for Spirituality: We would like to acknowledge the occurrence of events that happened in Connecticut this past Friday and invite your prayerful response to this very tragic situation.

We invite you to stop into the Chapel sometime this week to take a few moments of silence/offer prayer for the victims of the shootings and their families.

A memorial candle will be lit in the Chapel for the victims throughout this week; prayers and the names of all those who were killed will be available in the back of the Chapel. The 5:30 Wednesday night Mass on campus will be offered for the people of Newtown, Connecticut.
