Free-Parent Education Night Child Health and Nutrition

Footsteps Child Care along with the City of Belmont Department of Parks and Recreation is offering a free parent education discussion called Child Health and Nutrition:  Infants through Middle School.  Please join guest speakers Jannifer Gabet, Healthy Schools Nutrition Manager, Sequoia Health Care District and Thea Runyan, Health and Wellness Consultant for the Belmont-Redwood Shores School District to learn about how to help your child make healthy choices, lunch and snack ideas, and affordable healthy choices.  Free child care is being offered by Footsteps Child Care but you must RSVP by calling 650-610-0715 or email office@footstepschildcare.org.
