Belmont Lions Student Speaker Contest

All high school students are invited to enter Belmont Lions Club's annual Student Speaker Contest at 6pm, Thursday, Feb 17 at the EOC room at Belmont's City Hall.  Topic is "Enforcing Our Borders: State vs Federal Rights".  Contest is FREE to enter and open to all students grade 9-12.  Speeches must be a minimum of 5 minutes and must not exceed 10 minutes in length.  Deadline to enter is Wed, Feb 16.  Please contact Sylvia at sylvia1234@hotmail.com to enter and for more details.
