Neighbor to Neighbor is designed to teach residents how to cope with life’s everyday stressors, how to recognize those same stress factors in neighbors and loved ones and how to lend support.

The program is part of the Red Cross’ on-going efforts to link residents with community resources.  It also contains specific elements on how to help people recognize stress in children and provides information on ways adults can help children cope.
