Tenant Improvements began earlier this week for the Five Guys Burgers franchise in the former U- Buffet Restaurant space at Belmont Village Center. Five Guys will be occupying approximately 2,500 square feet of the building and will also use the outdoor patio area for the new restaurant. The construction is anticipated to be completed in 45- 60 days.

(City)Staff will provide further details in a future update as to the expected opening date for the restaurant. The LA Times recently featured a news article detailing how Five Guys fared (No. 1) in a survey of Burger Restaurants. For the complete results follow this link.
