Belmont Summer Campers Take in New Exhibits at Peninsula Museum of Art

The exhibits run until September.

The Peninsula Museum of Art treated Belmont's summer campers to its new art exhibitions on Wednesday.

In two batches, the excited children were shown the "Toys for Tots . . . or not" and "Collectively Alone" exhibits.

The "Toys" exhibit features action figures from Harry Potter and Pirates of the Caribbean movies, while "Collectively Alone" is photo-based oil paintings by East Bay artist Sherry Karver.
