Sheriff's Deputy Busts Trio at San Carlos Motel
Three suspects were found Tuesday with stolen property, drugs and brass knuckles.
Two male suspects and a female companion were checking into a San Carlos motel Tuesday night when a deputy on patrol came upon the trio with what appeared to be a stolen bicycle, according to the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office.
Around 9:30 p.m. the three suspects were at the rear of Americas Best Value Inn at 1562 El Camino Real with two of the males standing next to a bicycle that was later determined to have been stolen during a San Francisco house burglary, sheriff's officials said.

One of the males was also found with what the sheriff's office said was about a half ounce of suspected heroine and drug paraphernalia. The second male suspect had a felony arrest warrant out of San Francisco and the female allegedly had a set of brass knuckles on her, sheriff's officials said.
