The man found at a San Mateo storage facility on Tuesday has been identified as 33-year-old Justin Lockwood of Pacifica, according to the San Mateo County coroner's office.
Officers responded to All American Self Storage on E. Third Avenue at about 1:30 p.m. and found Lockwood deceased.
The San Mateo Police Department is treating the case as a homicide, and say it's believed to be an isolated incident and not a random act.

This is the city's first homicide this year.
Police Sgt. Dave Norris said authorities questioned several people at the scene.
