Police Blotter: Rampant Graffiti, Car Wash Loiterer

 Monday, Sept. 19, 2011

1:21 p.m. Burglary (Commercial/Residential)   Theft from a storage unit occurred on Island Park.

4:21 p.m.  Animal Call   A dog was left in a vehicle on Masonic Way.

7:28 p.m.  Theft   Theft of electronics occurred on Old County Rd.

11:55 a.m.  Animal Call    An injured deer was reported in the middle of the road on Carlmont Dr. at Hastings Dr.

5:26 p.m.  Weapon Offense   A person was arrested for possessing a weapon on El Camino Real at O’Neill Ave.

11:18 p.m.  Noise Complaint   Loud music and yelling were heard on South Rd.

 

Wednesday, Sept. 21, 2011

10:14-10:16 a.m.  Graffiti   Multiple reports of graffiti on signs at O’Neill Ave, Elmer St. at Waltermire St., Ralston Ave., and on an electrical box on Ralston Ave.

12:03-12:21 p.m.  Graffiti   A PG&E and AT&T box in the 100 block of Ralston Ave. were tagged with graffiti.

1:36 p.m.  Unwanted Subject   A security guard stated that a person near the car wash on Alameda de las Pulgas had been asked twice to leave.  

2:42 p.m.  Disturbance   Subjects were yelling on Broadway; no weapons were involved. 

4:36 p.m.  Fraud   A man reported that he was the victim of fraud; someone used his credit card to charge over $100 worth of video games.

 

 

Thursday, Sept. 22, 2011

1:12 p.m. Disturbance  A subject wearing a gray hoodie with a yellow shirt underneath was causing a disturbance inside a store on El Camino Real; no weapons were seen.

3:00 p.m.  Hit and Run No Injury   The side mirror of a vehicle was hit by a passing Honda on Monserat Ave. at Buena Vista Ave. A witness obtained the Honda’s license plate number.

3:11 p.m.   Vehicle Burglary    The window of a blue Acura parked on Carlmont Dr. was broken.
