Police Blotter, March 26-27: Teens Spotted Smoking Pot Out of Hooka

10:55 a.m. - Theft - A tip jar from a business was found in the business's parking lot on El Camino Real.
10:59 a.m. - Hazardous Situation - A wire, possibly a telephone wire, came down on Notre Dame Avenue.

12:05 p.m. - Vandalism - A person reported firing an employee a few weeks ago, and since then the air to the company van's tires were let out, and on that day one tire was punctured on El Camino Real.
1:10 p.m. - Theft from a Vehicle - The handicap placard was stolen from a vehicle on Alameda de las Pulgas.

1:58 p.m. - Juvenile Disturbance - A group of juveniles were spotted possibly writing graffiti on the concrete path that runs up the hill from the library on Alameda de las Pulgas.
2:51 p.m. - Non-Injury Accident - Occurred between a navy blue Chevy and a silver Mustang at Alameda de las Pulgas and Valerga Drive.
5:51 p.m. - Juvenile Disturbance - Teens were spotted smoking marijuana out of a hooka on Clipper Drive.

8:49 a.m. - Vandalism - Graffiti was spray painted to the pavement at Lyall Way and Ralston Avenue.
9:12 a.m. - Burglary - Someone broke into a business on Old County Road and stole tools sometime overnight.
1:23 p.m. - Abandoned Vehicle - The abandoned car was seen in the 100 block of Crestview Drive.
7:22 p.m. - Suspicious Circumstances - An unknown person entered a house on Monte Cresta Drive but didn't take anything.
