3:07 p.m. - Theft - A woman called police and said someone stole her orchids sometime overnight on Seagate Way.

3:56 p.m. - Graffiti - Police were alerted to graffiti on a fire hydrant on Lower Lock Avenue. About half an hour later, graffiti to a stop sign was reported at Ralston Avenue and South Road as well.
