Motorcyclist Airlifted from Collision With Truck on Hwy. 35
The accident occurred on Hwy. 35 just south of Hwy. 92 in San Mateo County.
A crash on state Hwy. 35 in San Mateo County blocked the roadway in both directions for about an hour Sunday afternoon, a California Highway Patrol officer said.
Units responded to Hwy. 35 just south of state Hwy. 92, where a motorcycle and a truck crashed at about 2:15 p.m., CHP Officer James Evans said. The motorcyclist suffered major head injuries and was airlifted to Stanford Hospital, Evans said. There were no other reported injuries.
The roadway was blocked in both directions until 3:15 p.m. The crash is under investigation by the CHP.
