Coroner's Office Releases Sketch of Unidentified Man Killed By Caltrain

The man, about 60 to 75 years old, was riding a "Go-Go Pride Mobility Scooter" when he was struck on June 21.

The San Mateo County coroner's office this week released a sketch of an unidentified man fatally struck by a Caltrain on the tracks in San Mateo in June.

The man, about 60 to 75 years old, was riding a "Go-Go Pride Mobility Scooter" when he was struck at about 4:45 p.m. on June 21 by a southbound train at the East Fifth Avenue Caltrain crossing, according to the coroner's office.

He is Caucasian, about 5 feet 5 inches tall, and weighs about 130 pounds. He has brown eyes, gray/silver hair cut in a flat-top syle and a gray/silver moustache.

The man was wearing a black Furnagalli pea coat, an Old Navy classic fit button down black short-sleeved shirt, Old Navy classic black pants, black socks and black leather dress shoes.

Anyone with information that will help the coroner's office identify the man is asked to call (650) 312-5562.
