As Police Meet With Residents, Another Burglar Strikes

A home on Kimmie Court was burglarized Sunday between 4 p.m. and 10:20 p.m.

The Belmont Police Department is investigating a burglary that occurred on Sunday on Kimmie Court in the Cipriani neighborhood.

Coincidentally, on Sunday afternoon, two Belmont police captains met with residents on Valley View Avenue in the Central neighborhood to discuss three burglaries that had occurred on Valley View, Manzanita and Mezes avenues on Friday.

Police say the suspect(s) in Sunday's incident entered the home between 4:00 p.m. and 10:20 p.m. by breaking a rear window. There is no suspect information at this time and police say the loss of property at the home is undetermined.
