Patch.com changes for the worse

Dear Joan Dentler:
Seems to me patch.com became less user-friendly around the same time you came aboard -- no doubt a coincidence -- in particular, the news is way softer than it was -- kinds more soft and fuzzy. Trolling around the site, darned if I can find your contact info. Clicking on  your hyperlinked name gets me your bio . All that aside, I wish you the best  we need all the lournalism we can get -- kind regardsd....-
