Emma Lynn Kasper: Services will be held in Belmont in memory of Kasper, who passed away on June 10 from neck cancer at just 16 years old. She loved the art of makeup and leaves behind a loving family.
Melvin Phillips: Phillips was born in Belmont in 1925. He served in the Army in World War II and later worked for Producers Cotton Oil. He passed away on June 7 at age 87.
Madoline A. Porter: A resident of Belmont, Porter was married for 68 years, in which time she used her bilingual skills to help doctors and nurses in hospitals. She passed away on June 15 at the age of 98.
Larry Tung: A former resident of Belmont, Tung passed away on June 13 at the age of 78 with his wife of 54 years by his side. Larry enjoyed playing golf, billiards, travelling and collecting cars.
