Finish Your Baklava....It's Time for Chocolate

Early autumn in Belmont is all about food---from the gyros and ouzo at the Labor Day Greek Fest to the truffles and Champagne on the horizon at the Chocolate Fest.

Just when you thought it was time to get back on that diet, the is gearing up for its 30th annual on Oct. 5 and 6.

The features twenty vendors of chocolate wares (ice cream, gelato, brownies, cakes, cookies, truffles and candy of every sort, as well as chunks of pure chocolate) offering samples for tasting for the 1,000 guests.

  • Oct. 5-6 (Fri. 7:30-10 p.m.; Sat. 1:30-4 p.m. and 7:30-10 p.m.)

  • Tickets: Evenings--$22.50/pre-paid, $25/door; Afternoon--$17.50/pre-paid, $20/door ($15 for seniors and children under 12---afternoon session only)
