Santa and His Firefighter Elves Host Toy Drive This Week

New, unwrapped toys may be dropped off at Belmont Fire Stations 14 & 15 now through Dec. 25.

Belmont firefighters will have a special helper on hand this Thursday as the big guy himself, Santa Claus, arrives at Fire Station 14 to help out with the Annual Belmont Firefighters Open House and Toy Drive.

On Thursday, Dec. 12, Santa will be helping Belmont Firefighters collect toys for needy children in the community at Fire Station 14, located on Ralston Avenue at Granada Street.

Stop by between 5 and 8 p.m. and share in some holiday cheer with Santa and the firefighters.

During the open house, visitors are welcome to tour the firehouse and chat with firefighters. Kids can play in the snow (courtesy of Belmont Iceland), and have their photos taken with Santa (parents are reminded to bring their cameras to photograph their child with Santa). Refreshments will be provided.

Visitors are asked (but not required) to bring a new, unwrapped toy to support the firefighters’ toy drive. Anyone wishing to donate toys can drop them off between now and December 25th, at either Belmont Fire Station:
