Carlmont Parents Nursery School (CPNS) will be holding its annual Open House for the upcoming 2013-2014 school year on Saturday, February 2, 2013 from 10am-12pm. We are located at 751 Alameda de las Pulgas in Belmont, behind the Congregational Church of Belmont. Please join us to obtain more information on our co-op preschool program, meet our wonderful teachers, board memebers, parents and experience our facility. Carlmont Parent Nursery School (CPNS) is a play-based, parent-participation cooperative for children ages 2 1/2 through 5 years old. Our program’s priority is to help each child develop a positive self-image, social skills, and physical coordination, because we believe these are fundamental to personal success and academic achievement. CPNS' varied play-based program and exciting environment allows children to learn in the way that is most natural for them – by doing! Our credentialed teachers prepare programs that offer a variety of art activities, cooking experiences, science, music, and creative movement. Parents also develop positive parenting skills through weekly class participation and ongoing formal parent education.
