Mateo County Move To Amend, (SMC MTA), is making a difference. We are joining over 150 MTA affiliates and other allied organizations locally and nationwide working
for a 28th amendment to ensure that only human beings have inalienable Constitutional rights and declare that Money Is Not Speech.
