Reed, Stone, Lieberman Win Belmont City Council Races

Although not a slate, the three top vote getters did campaign together and shared many of the same supporters.

Warren Lieberman will serve his third term on the Belmont City Council, and he will be joined by two newcomers---Eric Reed and Charles Stone. The trio won the three seats on the five-person council. Each will serve a four year term, beginning in mid-December.

Reed, the top vote-getter had an easier time of it than he did in 2011 when he lost to Christine Wozniak by just 11 votes.

Reed finished with 21.20 percent (2,300 votes); Stone with 19.70 percent (2,137 votes); and Lieberman with 19.70 percent (2,035).
