Who Will Find the Golden Eggs This Year?

This year's Egg Adventure Hunt will take place in Twin Pines Park Saturday at 9:00 a.m. sharp RAIN OR SHINE!

Of the thousands of colorful eggs that the Easter bunny will drop around Twin Pines Park on Saturday morning, only a handful are golden. The challenge to kids age 3-10 is to find not just the colorful eggs, but the golden ones for a special surprise and bragging rights.

Rain or shine, the Twin Pines Egg Adventure Hunt will take place at 9 a.m. sharp on Saturday, March 30. Kids are asked to bring their own baskets for collecting eggs.

But aside from the egg hunt, Belmont Park and Rec staff members say the goal of Saturday's event is to get neighbors greeting neighbors on a beautiful (even if it's a bit rainy) spring morning.

Of course kids joining the Easter Bunny on a quest for eco-friendly eggs also provides great photo opportunities for parents.

In addition to the egg hunt, there will be other activities like a bouncy house and arts and crafts.
