Traffic Advisory: Construction Project Begins Monday at Ralston/Alameda

The construction may cause traffic delays throughout the week in Belmont.

The Belmont Public Works Department is cautioning motorists this week to be prepared for traffic delays near the corner of Ralston Avenue and Alameda de las Pulgas.

According to a Public Works representative, construction activity will take place Mon., Oct. 29-Fri. Nov 2 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. (weather permitting).

Through traffic on Ralston Avenue and Alameda de las Pulgas will remain open at all times, and no work will occur on weekends.

Two lanes of traffic, one in each direction and access for emergency vehicles will be maintained at all times. Construction work includes patching and repairing damaged sections of pavement.
