This year's Save the Music Festival, benefitting School-Force, will be held Sunday, Oct 6. from 11 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
[Editor's note: The following is a posting from the Save the Music Facebook Page.]
Held each year in Belmont's Twin Pines Park, The Save the Music Festival is a School-Force event, benefiting the Belmont-Redwood Shores School District. The 2013 festival will be held Sunday, Oct. 6 from 11 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
With FOUR performance stages this year, the Festival showcases performances from Belmont-Redwood Shores and Carlmont High School students; the impressive Battle of the Marching Bands; a large children’s area with a wide variety of hands-on activities; and delicious food and beverages from local eateries and gourmet food trucks.
Suggested donation for entrance to the Festival is $10 per adult and $5 per child, to help offset festival expenses and ensure that every possible dollar goes to our schools. For a complete schedule, map and list of participants, go to http://schoolforce.org/save-the-music/
