Over Asking: Ponce Avenue Home Sold 'Off the Market'

Each week Patch will bring you Belmont's highest priced home sale. This week it was this home near on Ponce Avenue.

This 1,200 square-foot home located at 2611 Ponce Avenue was Belmont's highest price home sale this week.

The original asking price on the 3-bedroom, 2-bath home, which was sold off market, was $849,000; it closed escrow on March 1 for $871,000.
