Masterworks Chorale Brings You Great Moments in Opera - Today!

Masterworks Chorale will perform today at Aragon High School Theater at 4:00 p.m.

[Editor's note: The following was submitted by Masterworks Chorale.]

Close to home the fabulous singers of Masterworks Chorale will deliver all the great passions of grand opera - as well as the lighter touches such as Gilbert and Sullivan - for great entertainment this Sunday, June 2 at 4 p.m., in the gorgeous new Aragon Theater, 900 Alameda de las Pulgas, San Mateo, just north of 92.

This expressive Chorale has been to Carnegie Hall twice, sung with the San Francisco Symphony, yet will thrill you with all the emotions packed into the best of opera just up the street. Once you delight in the expressive sound of this Chorale under the direction of wonderfully musical Dr. Bryan Baker, you may want to audition to join this Fall!

Come enjoy this June 2 concert, "Like" us on Facebook to follow all our concerts and the summer session, then see whether you too want to join the Chorale. Travel with us next year, our 50th, to sing Carl Orf's "Carmina Burana" in New York City's Avery Fisher Hall at Lincoln Center - something to tell your grandchildren about!

Tickets are $20 ahead of time by phone or website, or $25 at the door, with students always only $10 with an ID. Just call 650.574.6210 or go on-line to www.masterworks.org Here's to seeing you there!
