EAT LBC! LONG BEACH TO GET ITS VERY OWN RESTAURANT WEEK!

Long Beach, which boasts more than 500 casual and fine dining restaurants, will now have its own restaurant week with the debut of EAT LBC taking place March 30-April 5, 2014.

Founded by Elizabeth Borsting, of Elizabeth Borsting Public Relations, and Terri Henry, of Terri Henry Marketing LLC, whose portfolio of clients include Yard House Restaurants, Michael’s On Naples, Michael’s Pizzeria, Sababa Restaurant & Lounge, Federal Bar, Olives Gourmet Grocer and several other concepts throughout Southern California, EAT LBC will be a celebration of global cuisine for local residents.

“Long Beach has always had a vibrant restaurant scene,” said Terri Henry.  “And it seems like this great city is long overdue for its very own restaurant week.  EAT LBC is designed to promote our culinary gems and best-kept dining secrets while promoting the city’s eclectic and diverse neighborhoods.”

“The price points for both the casual and fine dining experience are very reasonable,” said Elizabeth Borsting.  “EAT LBC is really an opportunity for restaurant goers to leave their culinary comfort zones, explore new dining destinations right here Long Beach, and revisit a favorite restaurant. EAT LBC, Long Beach Restaurant Week, is a great time to reconnect with old friends over a meal, enjoy a much-needed girls’ night out, or plan a kid-free date night.  There really is something for every taste and every budget.”
