A week-long grand opening celebration will kick-off today at located in the Belmont Village Shopping Center, 1200 El Camino Real.
Through November 29 Menchie's will host a variety of family-friendly activities and events designed to bring out the kid in everyone, regardless of age.
Saturday, Nov. 24
11 a.m. – 1 p.m.--Ribbon cutting with Menchie (the mascot), FREE frozen yogurt, free T-shirts and a balloon artist
Sunday, Nov. 25
Noon-- Free plush doll, free color-in T-shirts and free face painting
Monday, Nov 26
5 p.m. – 6 p.m.--$1 yumm – Fill up your cup for only $1
Tuesday, Nov. 26
2 p.m. – 4 p.m.--Kids 10 and under eat free
Wednesday, Nov. 27
11 a.m. – 1 p.m.--Lunchtime yum - Half-off frozen yogurt
Thursday, Nov. 28
3 p.m.--Free dodge ball with every cup purchased
Friday, Nov. 29
8 p.m. to 10 p.m.--Date night – Buy one frozen yogurt, get one free
“Menchie’s is more than just great frozen yogurt, it is a whole experience,” said Cheryl Florendo, who co-owns Menchie’s Belmont Village with her husband Noel Florendo, her sister Carrah Mendoza and husband Jimmy Fernandez.
