National Night Out 2012

Join your friends and neighbors at Carlmont Village Shopping Center's "National Night Out" celebration on Tuesday, Aug. 7, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. 

This annual event, which will be commemorated in more than 15,000 communities in the United States, Canada and on U.S. military bases worldwide, encourages heightened crime and drug prevention awareness. Carlmont Village Shopping Center merchants will provide refreshments, and furry officers from Belmont Police Department's K-9 unit will be on hand to take a bite out of crime. Other activities will include CPR demonstrations and child fingerprinting.
