Our hikes are rated at 1A (less than 5 miles and less than 1000 feet change in elevation, usually on the Peninsula. Our events are open to all; membership in the Sierra Club is not required.
Saturday, NOVEMBER 9, 2013 – Morning Hike 9:15 AM - Hallmark Park, Belmont (Crystal Springs cross-country course) (rated MODERATE)
Join us for an approximately 3-mile round trip hike in Belmont’s Hallmark Park, located on Hallmark Drive (2500 block) at the intersection of Wakefield Drive, near Interstate 280. This small park features tennis courts, a children’s play area, and a few picnic tables; Hallmark Park is also noted for its popular cross-country running course. We'll go through the gate and to the right and follow the trail toward and around the northern ridge.

Meet at 9:15 AM at the San Carlos Public Library parking lot to carpool. We leave at 9:30 AM. If you wish to meet at the trail head, contact the leader to obtain directions. (650) 804-8225.
