I live in the McDougal area and take my kids up to McDougal park often.
We try to go when there is no softball or soccer so they can play on the lawn. Recently there have been people golfing there. One ball landed dangerously close to one of my kids, so I no long let my kids play on the lawn while the golfers are there.
Two days ago I witnessed a golf ball bounce off the school roof and one fade into a residents back yard.

In my opinion this does not look like they should be golfing here. Due to injuring a child or damaging a school or home.
My question is -- are they allowed to be there? I do not see signs saying no golfing so maybe it is not a city rule. For the safety of the kids and peoples' property I think there should be a rule against it, if there isn't one.

I would like to know how others residents that use the park feel about it? Of note, I have never seen these individuals around the neighborhood before, which leaves me to believe they are coming from others communities to take over our neighborhood park.
