Author Ellen Ullman will read from "By Blood" 7 p.m., July 17 at the Belmont Library.  The book features a triangle so odd and improbably that it is almost a riddle. A man becomes fixated on two women without seeing them or being seen by them. Light refreshments will be offered.  This event is free and the public is welcome.
