'Blue' Wraps Up Summer Concert Series Sunday

And don't forget to stop by the Belmont History Room in the Manor building for some never-before-seen Belmont memorabilia.

It's a fitting encore to a great summer season of free music provided by the Belmont Park Boosters---Blue, a true California band offering a taste of everything from rhythm and blues and rockabilly to calypso and big band, will wrap up the 37th Summer Concert Series.

The free concert will be held Sunday from 1-4 in the Meadow of Twin Pines Park.

And as an added feature for the final concert, the Belmont History Room will be open for a special exhibit of never-before-seen memorabilia from the private collection of longtime Belmont resident, Bill Metropulos.

Of course, refreshments will be available, and all proceeds help fund park projects, programs and next year's concerts.

Park Booster Judie Davis says, "For 37 years Park Boosters have been providing free music and the spirit of community to all those who attend the concerts. This is a fun family friendly event.  Bring your blanket and chairs and come on down and enjoy the day!"
