National Best-Selling author Juliet Blackwell will be reading from her new novel, Murder on the House at the Belmont Library on Sunday, Dec. 9.
According to a description of the novel on the library's website, Mel Turner wants the chance to restore an historic house in San Francisco’s Castro District. The catch: Mel has to spend one night in the house to win the project. But during the spine-chilling sleepover, the estate gains another spectral inhabitant—when someone doesn’t survive the night.
