Did you know that the second floor of Belmont’s historic Manor House in Twin Pines Park is home to a group of local artists whose work is featured in galleries and private collections throughout the Bay Area?
And beginning in November, the Manor House the eleven artists will host their first group exhibition in the first floor gallery space.
The participating artists work in oil and acrylic painting, watercolor, photography, and mixed media. The exhibit will run from November 2 through December 27, with an artist reception on Nov. 10 from 2-4 p.m.
Participating artists include Celia Beatts, Malik Fawad, Brenda Cooper, Talala Mshuja, Lisa Evens, Ilena Uplekar, Ellen Howard, John Burton, Charlene Landreau, Tom Ellis, and Robin Schreiber.
Styles ranging from plein air and landscape painting to abstraction will be represented.
