Photo of the Day: CHP Volunteers

The Senior Volunteers of the CHP Redwood City Office helped out at the traffic safety seminar in Belmont on Wednesday.

Senior drivers received a refresher course on “rules of the road,” transportation alternatives and safe driving tips today at the semi-annual Older Driver Traffic Safety Seminar.

The free seminar, which was held at the Twin Pines Community Center, is presented by the Senior Volunteers of the California Highway Patrol Redwood City Office, in conjunction with the office of San Mateo County Supervisor Adrienne J. Tissier and the county’s Commission on Aging.

Box lunches were provided to all attendees. The seminar is free.
