The still-unnamed dog ran down Sherborne Drive toward the canyon and was last seen near the trailhead at Sherborne and Somerset at about 9:30 p.m. Wednesday.

The dog's foster family says he is very friendly, but is most likely scared and unfamiliar with his new surroundings. If you see the dog, please call or text 650-387-2748.
