How about the "Mass for the Children" at the Carlmont Performing Arts Center Saturday or Sunday?

Or, perhaps, you may have seen something unusual in your own backyard. A wild turkey, perhaps?

That's exactly what happened to Kenn Parsons on the weekend, and, luckily, he had a camera handy to record the unique event.

"I've lived in Belmont almost 40 years and have never seen a wild turkey before," he wrote. "Lots of deer, skunks, raccoons, possums, fox, coyote, bobcats, rabbits and snakes, but never a turkey.  He visited for about a half hour and then jumped/flapped his way over my low back fence."

Your neighbors love this kind of stuff since it lets everybody know just how interesting things can get in Belmont.

Or maybe you were picnicking at Twin Pines Park, or strolling one of the other great parks or hiking trails in Belmont. Those pictures are also welcome.
