Softball Sign-ups for 6u & 8u end this weekend

Softball season is coming!

6u and 8u registration for BRSYSA’s 2014 Spring League is ending soon.

Please register by January 20th, 2014

6U “Pee Wee” Division (6 & Under, Birth Year 2007-2008) 
- Instructional league designed to help girls learn the basics of softball 
- Requests to play with specific Managers, Coaches and buddies are honored if possible; roster of 6-8 players
- Time limit for games 60 minutes 
- Each inning each team bats through its full roster 
- Coach pitch for 7 pitches, then hit off tee 
- No scores or standings are kept 

8U Rookie Division 
Rookie (8 & Under) 
- Instructional league designed to help girls learn the basics of softball, with an introduction to rules of the game 
- Requests to play with specific Managers, Coaches and buddies are honored if possible; roster 10-13 players 
- Time limit for games 90 minutes. Please see rules for further details. 
- Combination of Coach Pitch and Player Pitch. Optional use of tee early in the season.
