Rocket Dog Rescue needs you- Foster home needed for rescued Mama and her pups

A little over a week ago Rocket Dog Rescue received an urgent message very early in the morning - a family, driving to work , through a very rural area-
found a tiny 4 week old puppy trying to cross a road.
They pulled over and picked her up- searching for more pups they located the momma dog attempting to guard her babies that had been left tied up in an Ikea bag on the side of a deserted highway - a bowl of moldy food left out.
The mom and babies were rushed into the vet needing emergency medical care for severe dehydration and weakness,
One of the puppies tail had been broken almost off and he needed an emergency surgery to amputate that. Mama dog was weak dirty matted -and her milk had dried up from malnutrition - she could no longer feed her puppies..
(She is the sweetest most loving and appreciative girl)
It was a long scary day, we did not know if the family would survive. Once they were stable,
we were able to get them to an emergency foster home where they are warm happy and healing, getting stronger every day!
We will need YOUR help- Mia (miracle) and her sweet puppies need a foster home in SF Bay Area for a short time starting the 18th! It will be a short term foster, as momma has almost weaned all pups, we are keeping them together for a little while to give them a lil more strength & to start medical then-
Momma, Mia is the sweetest survivor and has been caring for her pups as best she can. She is about 2 years old and  will need a separate foster or even better forever home!

Please message if you are able to help this sweetest little family.  415-756-8188 (please text)
