Previously with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage , Bill has established himself as a consummate professional in the residential real estate business.Over the past several years, Bill has developed a strong Real Estate practice by building exceptional relationships with clients on both the selling and buying side.
His strong negotiating skills, tireless work ethic, and attention to detail, are just a few traits that will make Bill a tremendous addition to the Alain Pinel Realtors team. Bill has been a Belmont resident all his live. He graduated from Junipero Serra High School where he thrived academically and in athletics playing football, baseball, and basketball.
In addition to his work in real estate, Bill has worked for the non-profit sector as well. Bill’s passion for helping people makes real estate a natural fit for him. This truly shows in the loyalty, professionalism, and enthusiasm he displays to his clients in all situations. His goal is to ensure a smooth transaction and make the home buying or selling process a positive experience.
